To achieve this CTY is structured outside of the insurance model. We have built a system where the focus is truly the patient and providing Care That’s Yours when and where its needed most.
We understand that life is busy and dedicating the time that is traditionally needed to get care can be hard. However, with CTY Health simply contact us to schedule an appointment at a convenient time and we’ll send one of our best-in class Clinicians right to you. This allows you to continue your day without spending hours in a waiting room while avoiding exposure to other illnesses. You will find that our model leads to not only better outcomes but a significantly better experience.
We offer both Memberships and On-Demand Appointments to anyone in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. Memberships are designed to build strong patient-clinician relationships, ensure convenient communication with your team and access to a broader range of services. Membership details are outlined below; however, you do not need to be a member to benefit from the majority of our services. We offer full price transparency so you will always know the cost for a service upfront.

Founder & CEO
Laura Lenz, CNP
Laura is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in emergency, pediatric and family medicine. She is known for helping patients uncover the root cause of illness. She blends evidence-based medicine with a whole-person approach—recognizing that to truly heal, you often need to look beyond a single symptom or system.
Laura earned her advanced degree from The George Washington University, and previously worked as a highly skilled RN in pediatric intensive care units (PICUs) and emergency departments across the country. Her years as a travel nurse gave her invaluable insight into the diverse needs of patients in both large urban hospitals and rural communities.
Today, Laura brings that breadth of experience to her integrative practice, where she provides care across the lifespan with an emphasis on personalized, relationship-based medicine. She believes that each patient deserves a tailored plan that reflects their unique story, beliefs, and goals—and she partners closely with them to support long-term healing, energy, and resilience

As a mother of two, Laura knows firsthand the importance of timely and thoughtful care. Whether managing complex chronic conditions or providing urgent treatment in the home, she is deeply committed to high-touch, high-quality care that prioritizes both patient outcomes and experience.
Mark Holder, MD is a Board Certified Family Medicine Doctor in Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN. He is a graduate of University of MN-Physiology; Morehouse School of Medicine; and University of Miami Family Medicine Residency. He is naturally optimistic, creative, determined, and caring. Dr. Holder provides patient-centered care through customized medical services and health services memberships.
Dr. Mark Holder is a second generation Medical Doctor, preceded by his mother Wilhelmina Tolbert Holder, MD. Mark is well traveled and enjoys learning about different cultures. He is most excited about the resilience of the human body and spirit. Dr. Holder appreciates God, family, advancement, excellence, joy, wellness, and awareness.
Dr. Holder is a member of American Academy of Family Practice (AAFP), Minnesota Association of Family Practice (MAFP), International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine (IAPAM), and American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery (AAAMS). He also completed a Dermatology Practicum under Charles E. Chrutchfield III, MD at Chrutchfield Dermatology.
